Tip Jar Agreement
Tipped Package – Minimum Gratuity Obligation
Minimum Gratuity Requirement
For any service package designated as a tipped package, Client acknowledges that gratuities are customarily paid by event guests and are not included in the bartender service fee specified in the selected package.
Client further acknowledges that typically one (1) to two (2) bartenders are required per event, though the final number of bartenders assigned shall be determined at the service provider’s discretion based on event needs.
Client agrees that each individual bartender assigned to the event must receive a minimum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) in gratuities per event, in addition to the applicable bartender service fee. The minimum gratuity requirement is calculated and enforced on a per-bartender basis. When multiple bartenders are assigned, the total minimum gratuity obligation shall equal the combined minimum gratuity amounts for all bartenders assigned.
In the event that gratuities received from guests by any individual bartender do not meet or exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), Client shall be financially responsible for the shortfall for that bartender. Any such deficiency shall be paid by Client immediately upon conclusion of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For packages under 4 hours, a formulated reduced tip agreement applies
This minimum gratuity obligation applies solely to tipped packages and does not apply to tip-free packages.
